I’m Shania Gonzales, founder and lead bartender of my mobile bartending company. What started as a passion for mixology 10+ years ago behind a coffee bar-creating latte art and experimenting with spiked lattes-quickly turned into a love for the craft that pulled me behind my first bar and never let me go. I’ve worked every kind of bar, from cantinas and dives to clubs and fine-dining cocktail programs, and I’ve learned the great bartending comes down to three things: acknowledgement, speed, and consistency. What really drives me to creating an experience people remember- sharing energy, stories, and a few good laughs with people who start as strangers and leave as friends. Because the best celebrations aren’t just about what’s in your glass- they’re about who you’re sharing it with.
